It isn't that deep. Just the through the skin. Should i be worried about infection and stuff? I washed it out with soup very well.I cut te top layer of my skin with nail clippers...?
what kind of soup was it? Chicken noodle with a soda on the side would definitely clear out the germs. Tomato works well also, but can make it look like there's more blood than there really is. Just make sure it's not scalding hot.

Just in case pour some peroxide, and a littlel neosporin three times a day. That should keep it from getting infected. Good Luck
