Does anyone know where i can buy Jessica Nail polish in the 'Happy-go lucky' shade? Its the fluroscent pink one which i would like and i saw it in a magazine and i fell in love with it!

A nail salon probably will sell many brands and wide varieties of colors. If not, a local drugstore.
well, there is one really bright shade of NYC nail color called ';love-me-red';. i'm not sure where u can buy it in the UK, but it's really pretty!
