Nail polish top is ';glued'; onto the container by the nail polish! How do I unstick it?

The brush-top of the nail polish container is glued onto the nail polish container...by the nail polish. I can't remove the brush! Not even plyers are working! How do I unstick it!?Nail polish top is ';glued'; onto the container by the nail polish! How do I unstick it?
Pour a little nail polish remover into a cup, place the nail polish bottle upside down (so that the top is covered by remover up to the neck so it can soak) keep an eye on it, periodically take it out and try to untwist it.

It usually takes me about 15 minutes this way, possibly more depending on how much nail polish is keeping the top sticking on.Nail polish top is ';glued'; onto the container by the nail polish! How do I unstick it?
buy new nail polish
After spend half my life getting nail polish lids off....

HOT WATER is the best result. It softens the polish that is acting as glue and the lid will easily twist off after a couple of minutes soaking. Once you get the lid off then clean the neck of the bottle with nailpolish remover.
Put it under your car's tire, or your parents tire. It will unstick it; well for a few moments anyway just after it is flattened!
if it's that stuck, i dont think you can, i think you have to buy a new bottle.
Just soak the bottle in Nail Polish Remover for several minutes...when you pull it out wipe it down with cotton balls...
Wrap a rubber band around the top and twist
keep working at it...work a knife in the to on the edge to try to break the glue
What I usually do is either run the top under hot water or fill your sick up with hot hot hot water and let the nail polish sit in it for a while and it should be able to open after several minutes :D
Try running hot water over the top for awhile, or, take a pair of wire pliers to it.
