Whats the best way to do french nail tops on real nails?

I always had acrylics but my work does not allowed them now whats the best way to do french tips? I've tried lots of the white french tip polishes but they always dont come out a soild colour until you do a million coats then they are all gooey anyway

It might be easier if you try doing it with a skinnier brush since you said your nails are not that long.


There is this one brand named kiss you can get at the drugstore. It's not in with the regular nail polish rack though it would be in a package hanging beside it. I have seen them in three colors, red, white and silver glitter. They are really good for doing designs on your nails as well.Whats the best way to do french nail tops on real nails?
Grow your nails really long, then shape them is kind of a rectangle, after take clear nail polish and go over your whole nail with it, wait till is dries and ONLY on the top white part of your nail paint white nail polish!!
I have never been good at this ! =[
