i am very sorry but i dont know. i dont think it is normal and it sounds painful. i say see doctor in case it is serious!What causes nails to grow on top of others and to crack?
I don't know what causes your problems but too strengthen them take clear gelatin twice a day for a month and you will need a saw too cut them.
