Top coat nail polish?

So every now and then I grow my nails and actually put some polish on them...most times I couldn't be bothered. However, since this is one of those times when I do actually care about such trivial things, here is my question...why is it that when I use a specific Top Coat nail polish (after I've spent awhile doing a french manicure) it peels and comes off and when I don't use a top coat it lasts much longer. Weird huh? It's happened a few times to me in the last week...any suggestions? And all the polish is from the same line so there should be no interaction there...decent priced drug store variety.Top coat nail polish?
Some advice - Start taking Biotin, it really works for healthy hair and nails.

I use Sally Hansen 'No Chip' but before I do, I give myself a manicure, buff off the uneven ridges, old nail polish.. then smooth, then shine.

Then add a basecoat. Apply your colour. Done right, your colour will last. Trust me. Buy one of those 4-sided Manicure Files to help you with your nail smoothing and fixing.

They're relatively inexpensive at any local drugmart or Walmart. :)Top coat nail polish?
Dont use a top coat..

What i do is use nail glue and when my nails are dry put it on your nails!

I know it sounds mad but it makes your nails stronger and they dont break as easily and they stay so much shinier!

Try it!

Im telling you it works!

The same happens to me, when I use top coat it sometimes kind of dissolves the nail polish underneath, even when it has had hours to dry and is the same brand.
I would try using a different top coat or dont put to much on.
