How can I prevent the top of my nail from separating ?

When my nails FINALLY grow long, it's always the top of the nail that separate in the middle %26amp; cause my nails to become thinner if I peel it off.


How can I prevent this from happening?





P.S. I change nail polishes at least once every two days.

Acetone dries out nails. Make sure to apply a vitamin E cream to your nails and give them a few days to rest. Try going a few weeks of just buffing them and putting on a nail strengthening vitamin E and Green Tree coat. Also more calcium and water.
